Mucinous substances, xylose, arabinose, glacturonic acid, rhamnose, aucubin, fatty oil


Other:

☕ Tea: Pour 1 heaped teaspoon of cold water over 1 heaped teaspoon. Let stand for a few minutes, stir and drink. Be sure to drink another 1/4 liter of water.


In the kitchen, you can eat psyllium seeds in yogurt and muesli, or bake them in bread and sprinkle them over salads. The seeds swell when provided with sufficient water. It's important to drink a lot.


The seeds can swell and bind harmful substances in the intestine.
