Ingredients:

Tannins, bitter substances, flavonoids, ilexin, theobromine, caffeine, vanillin, minerals, pectins


Miscellaneous:

☕ Tea: 1 teaspoon of leaves are added to 1/4 liter of cold water, heated and strained. 2 cups per day are sufficient.


🍷 Put 3 teaspoons of bark in 1/4 liter of red wine and let it stand for 10 days. Take 2 to 3 tablespoons to reduce fever.


Holly tea is called the mate tea of Europe. It tastes similar to mate tea from South America.


The young leaves of the holly, which have hardly any spines, are collected. For the bark, you use the 2 to 3 year old branches and peel them off. The berries must not be eaten cooked or raw as they are poisonous.
