☕ Tea: Pour 1/4 liter of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of dried herb and let it steep for about 5 minutes. 1 cup spread throughout the day is sufficient.


The Globe flower herb tastes bitter, it is poisonous and has side effects, but has not yet been researched.
